Returns

Contact us at cortezorn9789@outlook.com within 30 days after delivery before sending any item back. We will provide the return instructions and return destination for your order.

To be eligible for review, an item should be unused, in the condition received and in its original packaging. Include your order number and proof of purchase. We may refuse a return sent without prior contact.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Inspect your order and contact us promptly at cortezorn9789@outlook.com with your order number and photos or details of the issue. We will review the carrier and order information and explain the available resolution.

Refunds

After a return is received and inspected, we will tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
